Local Update: Due to the historic drought conditions and an abundance of caution, San Luis Valley Federal Bank and the City of Alamosa have made the difficult decision to cancel this year's local fireworks.

We know! We are super bummed too but we have to prioritize the safety of all of our residents and our beautiful valley.

There are still fun things to do on the 4th. And lots of great folks to catch up with.
