Testimonials

“I greatly benefited from Leadership Alamosa. The course material was both engaging and thought provoking. Along with providing tremendous insight to leadership skills and team dynamics, the class outlines the communication and interpersonal skills that could be applied in all aspects of life. I feel incredibly fortunate to have taken this class and truly believe it has prepared me to be a better leader. Thank you, Leadership Alamosa!”
— Brandon J Gallegos, IT Director, City of Alamosa, on the full program
“The speaker was incredibly motivational and inspiring, and the class itself was insightful. It built upon my own beliefs as a leader, emphasizing that everyone has their own unique leadership style. .. I believe this assessment is a valuable tool for leaders, not only for self-development but also for identifying and nurturing future leaders. It can also help align tea strengths for more effective collaboration on projects.”
— Adena Ross, MSN, CEN, on the Executive Session
“This course was amazing because it takes you from the beginning to the end on how to utilize the Gallup program. This really wasn’t explained when our organization began using it. The instructor is amazing and spends the extra time to teach you how to get out of your comfort zone. Very beneficial to leaders. This was an amazing program I met a lot of new people and being that we were the first ones we all learned it together. Great Leadership course.”
— Jolene Lopez, Health Information Management Systems Supervisor, Valley-Wide Health Systems, on the full program
“It was very helpful to me. Well worth the time i spent at the training. ..As a stand-alone training, it worked very well for me. For those wanting to do the longer workshop, this one-day event is a good introduction to the longer program. This would be a good training for new managers/directors who might not be able to do the full program.”
— Margaret A. White, RN, BSN, MSHA, CPHQ, on the Executive Session
