Visitors to the Dune Valley Distillery can look forward to satiating their thirst for craft spirits, craft cocktails, authentic cuisine, wine/beer, and events in a family-friendly historic, renovated old-school gymnasium. The terroir-laden potato and quinoa vodka honors the San Luis Valley’s rich history of agriculture and the distillery’s partnership with White Rock Specialties just down the street. In addition to reviving the historic gym, the descendants of Colorado's 1st wine and liqour license of Carbone wine, have invested in bringing back this family’s legacy wine brand.
