Splashland Sprint Triathlon

The Splashland Sprint Triathlon is a Triathlon race in Alamosa, Colorado consisting of a Sprint.

Held in the San Luis Valley, at the area's largest outdoor geothermal pool. The 3.3 mile run starts at the pool, crosses a footbridge over the Rio Grande River, and follows the river levee, then back to the pool. Mt. Blanca, Colorado's 3rd highest peak overlooks the valley floor. Bike 10 miles on paved roads and catch a glimpse of the Great Sand Dunes National Park with six 14'nrs in the background. End with the 400 yard serpentine swim. This annual event helps to purchase ADA equipment.
