Step Back into the Studio this October with our first in-person series since spring! We are so excited to practice with you again! Join Becca for a soulful class, embracing the ancient wisdom of yoga to improve your strength and resilience as we enter the fall season. Move. Breathe. Thrive with a return to your sangha. COVID changes in the studio: 1. All students will be required to wear a mask while in the studio. Don't worry. You CAN practice yoga in a mask. 2. As per Public Health recommendations, all student's temperatures will be take in sutdio. Don't worry. It wont hurt. 3. You will need to bring your own mat and props. 4. Bring your own water bottle too! That's it. We will only allow 5 students per class, to follow proper social distancing guidelines. Your safety is important to us, and always has been. Because of the limited amount of students allowed per hour, we will offer the same series on Tuesdays at 5:30, and Wednesdays at 6pm. Choose what time works for you! We can't wait to return to our beloved studio, and look forward to seeing you there.
