Support a local artist!

Perla Kopeloff is hosting a workshop all about beets outdoors at the Rio Grande Farm Park! She will teach us how to make paper using beet stems and also how to make a delicious Russian beet recipe called Borsht. She will also be making ink made of beets!! Donations of $10 or more are encouraged to support her efforts.
