This is the world of Exodia. With many different empires and Kingdoms that have been at war and many that have ended up creating truces.
Each region has a special backward trope of fantasy. Things like Clerical tieflings, to a cult that is not a cult, but everyone knows it’s a cult. There is also a futuristic city but if you leave the area your gear becomes appropriate for the surrounding area. Orcs and goblins are scholars and there is a Kobold king as well. Heading to the land of Nhothia the party is set on getting to a rose blossom event occurring in less than two weeks. They have fought dragons and discovered new things about their characters. This is an adventure for the books.
