Once again, our San Luis Valley Animal Center is partnering with Greater Good Charities in a few weeks (Thursday, June 4 through Saturday, June 6) for a free spay/neuter clinic in Alamosa. We are anticipating over 400 dogs and cats over the three-day clinic.
Providing free spay and neuter clinics in the Alamosa community helps remove financial barriers to essential veterinary care while improving the health and wellbeing of pets across the region. During our March clinic alone, 437 animals were spayed or neutered — helping prevent thousands of unwanted litters, reducing strain on local shelters, and supporting healthier, happier pets and families.
These clinics are made possible through strong community partnerships and reflect a shared commitment to responsible pet care in the San Luis Valley.
