The MOBB Diet is a recipe and lifestyle book, written by Frankie while he was in prison. Frankie was a chef for some big-time Mafia members. That experience inspired the title for the book. While in prison he met James John, his partner in developing and publishing the book. Both of them are dedicated to improving their mental and physical health through cooking and exercise.
