The Finery was founded in 2018 by Phinel & Debbie Garcia, in Monte Vista, CO, right in the heart of the beautiful San Luis Valley. With entrepreneurial spirits and plenty of faith, they set out on a new adventure to provide both women and men the opportunity to shop the latest styles from LA to New York with a touch of laid back CO attitude—all at affordable and competitive prices. Of course, none of this would be possible without the support of each other, their family, and friends, and Phinel and Debbie are grateful for everyone who has supported them on this journey—as well as for the interest and excitement of their local community.
